Returns Not Accepted

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns of:

  • Raw or frozen non-vegetarian products (chicken, mutton, fish, seafood, etc.)
  • Ready-to-cook or marinated items
  • Perishable goods once delivered

Return Exceptions

Returns may be allowed only if:

  • You receive the wrong product
  • The product is damaged, spoiled, or expired upon delivery

In such cases:

  • Raise a complaint within 2 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof via WhatsApp or email

💸 When Will You Get a Refund?

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Product not delivered or out of stock after order confirmation
  • Valid complaints of damaged/spoiled/wrong products

Refunds will be processed through:

  • Original payment method (online payments)
  • Wallet credit or coupon (if opted by user)
  • COD refunds will be issued to the user’s bank/UPI details

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days from complaint approval.

  2. Share Order ID and issue details
  3. Provide images/videos as required
