Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to selected areas within Bhubaneswar. You can check service availability by entering your PIN code at checkout. We’re continuously expanding—stay tuned for updates!

Delivery Time

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 9:00 PM will be delivered on the same day.
  • Instant Delivery Slots: We offer delivery within 60-90 minutes in select zones.
  • Delivery Hours: We delivers between 7:00 AM – 09:00 PM, all 7 days of the week.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to traffic, weather, or high order volumes.

Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery: On orders above ₹1199
  • Standard Delivery Fee: ₹45 for orders below the free delivery threshold
  • Surge Charges: May apply during peak hours or festivals; users will be notified before placing the order.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive real-time updates via SMS/app notifications.
  • Live order tracking is available within the app.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth delivery experience:

  • Provide accurate address and contact details
  • Be available at the delivery location during the selected time slot
  • If you're not available, please inform us or reschedule within the app

Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability may incur re-delivery charges or order cancellation.

Packaging & Hygiene

All orders are packed using food-grade, tamper-evident, insulated packaging to ensure freshness, hygiene, and temperature control during transit.

Delays or Cancellations

  • In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, roadblocks, vendor delays, etc.)
  • If an item is out of stock, we may offer a replacement or refund as per your preference
