  1. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access.
  1. Order & Delivery
  • Orders once placed cannot be modified or cancelled after confirmation.
  • Delivery timeframes are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen conditions (traffic, weather, etc.).
  • You must be available to receive the order at the delivery address.
  • If undelivered due to your unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
  1. Product Information
  • We aim to provide accurate details (weight, ingredients, shelf life) for each product.
  • Actual product appearance may vary slightly from images.
  • All products are subject to availability.
  1. Pricing & Payment
  • Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept multiple payment modes including UPI, cards, wallets, and COD (Cash on Delivery).
  • In case of failed transactions with successful debits, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  1. Returns & Refunds
  • Due to the perishable nature of non-veg products, returns are generally not accepted.
  • In case of incorrect, spoiled, or damaged items, please contact customer support within 2 hours of delivery with proof.
  • Approved complaints will be resolved via replacement or refund.
  1. Promotions & Coupons
  • Promotional codes are subject to terms mentioned in the offer.
  • Only one coupon can be used per order.
  • Offers may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
  1. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
